The Microchip high-precision buffered voltage reference with an initial accuracy of 0.10% and is available in 10 voltage options. It is a low-drift bandgap-based reference and uses chopper-based amplifiers which significantly reduces the drift and provides high current output. It is available in a very small 2x2 WDFN package, as well as the SOT-23 and SOIC packages. SOT-23 package is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified.
