USB251xB/USB251xBi USB 2.0 Hub Controllers

The Microchip USB251xB/USB251xBi family of devices are USB 2.0 Hub Controllers. These devices feature MultiTRAK™ technology that incorporates a dedicated Transaction Translator (TT) per port to maintain consistent Full-Speed data throughput regardless of the number of active downstream connections.

USB251xB/USB251xBi devices are fully customisable, helping to simplify PCB layout. PortMap, PortSwap and PHYBoost features all contribute to the flexibility of these devices.

Hi-Speed (480 Mbps), Full-Speed (12 Mbps) and Low-Speed (1.5 Mbps) USB communications and USB Battery Charging (Rev. 1.1) are supported on all downstream ports.
