This pressure sensor is a board-mounted piezoresistive device designed to measure absolute, gage or differential pressure within electronic systems. It provides a ratiometric analogue or 14-bit digital output, is temperature characterised for compensated operation, and is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases and, in specified ranges, compatible liquids. The unit is supplied in a DIP package suitable for PCB mounting and is manufactured under ISO 9001 processes.
