Honeywell ABP Series Differential Pressure Sensor, ±0.25% Accuracy, 6.3mm Width - ABPDRRV001PDAA5


This pressure sensor is a miniature board-mount piezoresistive device that converts pressure into a ratiometric analogue or digital signal for system monitoring and control. It is temperature-compensated and calibrated on-board to correct for offset, sensitivity and temperature effects, and is designed for use with dry gases or, with a gel option, certain non-corrosive liquids. The device operates from a single 3.3 V or 5.0 V supply and is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards.

Ports accept non-corrosive dry gases, a liquid-media option adds a silicone-based gel to protect electronics for use with non-corrosive liquids and condensation.

How does the device handle varying supply voltages?


The output scales ratiometrically with supply, and units are available for either 3.3V or 5.0V operation, reverse polarity protection is not provided.

What environmental conditions will it tolerate?


It operates between -40°C and 85°C, survives humidity up to 95%RH non-condensing, and meets vibration 15g and shock 100g specifications.

How are diagnostic and Interface choices provided?


Options include internal diagnostics, sleep mode, temperature output, and digital interfaces compatible with I2C or SPI at defined addresses and clock rates.

What packaging and port configurations are offered?


It is supplied as a board-mount DIP or SMT package with various port styles including dual radial barbed or barbless options.
