This differential pressure sensor measures pressure differences between two ports and provides a ratiometric analogue or digital output for use with dry, non-corrosive gases. It is designed for board-mount applications and is temperature-compensated with on-board signal conditioning to deliver calibrated pressure readings across a defined operating range. The device is compatible with either a 3.3V or 5.0V single supply and offers ratiometric analogue output or 12 to 14-bit digital outputs via I2C or SPI, depending on configuration.

It meets IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020E moisture sensitivity level 1 for reflow and withstands high overpressure and burst pressures specified per range.

What environmental operating limits apply?
