Avago HSMx-C280 Series LEDs


The HSMx-C280 series, from Avago Technologies, are a family of LEDs within miniature ChipLED packages. They have an extremely compact package with the industry standard 0402 footprint. As a low profile LED they are ideal for applications where space is limited, for example small portable and hand held devices.

The HSMx-C280 LEDs available in a variety of colours with an untinted, diffused lens. They are suitable for applications such as; LCD backlighting, push button backlighting, front panel indicators, symbol backlighting and keypad backlighting.
