The SMC Separate Controller Dual AC Bar Type Ionizer is designed for static neutralization in industrial applications, particularly for sensitive electronic devices. Features a separate controller and high-voltage power supply module, allowing for flexible installation in tight spaces, while the controller can be mounted in an accessible location. This bar ionizer with seperate controller is IO-Link compatible, enabling communication of function warnings, failures, and maintenance detection.
Compact and flat body designed for installation in narrow spaces
Emitter cartridges are easily removable without tools for cleaning or replacement
Air purge option, where compressed Air can be discharged at the surface of the emitters to minimize contamination
One controller can manage up to four ionizer bars
