The Renesas Electronics QS3VH245 Hot Switch 8-bit bus switch is a high bandwidth bus switch. The QS3VH245 has very low ON resistance, resulting in under 250ps propagation delay through the switch. It offers rail-to-rail switching for 0 to 5V, and bidirectional dataflow with near-zero delay and no added ground bounce.
