The Microchip Low Drop‑Out regulator is designed for reliable automotive and industrial applications, capable of supplying up to 200 mA of output current. With a wide input voltage range of 4.3 V to 55 V, it supports 12 V to 48 V power rails and maintains regulation through large transients such as load dump events.
AEC‑Q100 automotive qualified Grade 0 PPAP capable

UVLO shutdown at 2.3 V suitable for cold cranking
Fixed output voltages 3.3 V and 5.0 V ±2% tolerance
Stable with 3.3 μF ceramic capacitor
