FT905/906/907/908 32-Bit Microcontrollers
The FT90x series of 32-bit RISC-core microcontrollers provides an extensive range of connectivity options, making it the ideal choice for advanced technology 'bridging' applications. Programs execute in zero wait-state RAM yielding 310DMIPS performance from a 100MHz clock. On power-up, program code is automatically transferred from non-volatile Flash memory to shadow RAM where it executes resulting in 3.1DMIPS/MHz performance.
