The Weller micro-soldering pencil WSP 80 features precise and quick heating to the required solder temperature thanks to an exclusive, patented system that transmits the temperature directly to the entire base diameter ofthe tip. This process reduces the cost of tips and the cost of using the iron.
Its ergonomic form and performance guarantee precision, industrial-level brazing.

Weller WSP 80 Set, 80 W Soldering Iron with a Safety Rest.
From Weller this is the WSP 80 Set Soldering Iron / soldering pencil, an 80W, 24V, universal soldering iron complete with a soldering iron safety rest. It is designed for medium-sized electronic components which are through-hole or surface mounted, ideal for electronics which require high energy. The soldering iron has Silver-Line heating technology ensuring a fast heat-up within 10 seconds, with a temperature range of 50°C to 450°C. Soldering tips are quickly and easily changed as the iron / pencil is fitted with a knurled nut plus the iron is WT compatible. The safety rest ensures that the iron is held safely when not in use avoiding any damage to the soldering iron and tips.
