This absolute pressure sensor measures absolute pressure using an internal vacuum reference and provides a calibrated, temperature‑compensated output for use with non‑corrosive, non‑ionic gases in board‑mounted electronic systems. It operates from a low‑voltage supply and is intended for miniature applications where an amplified or digital, ratiometric signal is required for integration with microcontrollers and data acquisition hardware.
