The BeagleBone Black from Beagleboard.org is a development board based on the AM335x Arm Cortex-A8 processor. This BeagleBone board is a single board computer (SBC) which can be used as a stand-alone computer or it can be embedded into a system.
This low-cost, open source, Linux-based computer board is Ideal for electronics engineers and hobbyists.

BeagleBone Black vs. BeagleBone Black Wireless
The BeagleBone Black and the BeagleBone Black Wireless (125-2412) boards are very similar. The main difference is that the Wireless version has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, instead of the Ethernet LAN connection on the traditional board.
