The RF Solutions LAMBDA62C-9S series SMT package transceiver module is operated at 915MHz frequency. It has an electrical rating between 1.6V and 3.3V. The LAMBDA62 RF module is a leading, cost-efficient radio module featuring ultra-long range, spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity within minimal current consumption.
