The ROHM BD series is s 50 V-withstanding voltage, current 1.5 A 1ch LED driver have built-in CR timer for LED blinking control and available in HTSSOP-B20 package. This LED driver operated at input voltage range of 6.0 V to 18.0 V and can used in 2 wheeler turn indicator applications.
