Just place your wire into the hollow tube of the terminal and then use either a plier type crimp tool or a rachet type crimp tool to secure it. Plier type crimp tools are inexpensive and ideal for everyday use of common terminals including fork terminals. Rachet type crimp tools are designed for more specific terminals, such as double crimp or disconnects, as they measure the exact amount of force required for the crimp before releasing.
