A Video Encoder ICs (integrated circuit) is an electric circuit within an integrated chip. This chip sits within a semiconductor product family and is also known as a Video Server. A typical encoder chip has been designed to enable an existing analog CCTV video surveillance system to be integrated with a video network system.
