The Vishay small signal silicon planar zener diode has ESD capability according to AEC-Q101, for human body model it is > 8 kV and for machine model it is > 800 V. It has 51V nominal zener voltage. Zener voltage is graded according to the international E24 standard. It is RoHS compliant and lead free.
