NJM79xx, 1.5A Voltage Regulators, New Japan Radio


The New Japan Radio NJM79xx Family of linear voltage regulators covers a range of negative voltage regulation. This series has fixed output voltages from -3 V up to -15 V. The NJM79 range features the internal short circuit current limiting and also the thermal overload protection making them a robust Integrated circuit (IC). Applications include on card regulation or where a negative voltage level with a small current output is needed. There are no external devices required for operation although these devices can be used with external devices to obtain adjustable output voltages and current.
