SMC for use with ZK2 Series Vacuum Ejectors Vacuum Generator

This Compact vacuum generator is a modular single-unit ejector designed for integration in automated systems requiring controlled suction. It combines a two-stage ejector with pilot-operated valves and an analogue pressure sensor output to deliver regulated vacuum performance for industrial pick-and-place and handling tasks.

The sensor accepts 12 to 24VDC ±10% with ≤10% ripple while the valves operate at 24VDC with a valve power draw of 0.4 W.

A suction filter with 30 μm nominal filtration and a 510mm² filtration area reduces ingress to the pressure sensing section.

Operating temperature range is 0 to 50 °C with sensor storage −20 to 70 °C and permitted humidity 35 to 85% RH without condensation.

The vacuum port uses an ø8 one-touch metric fitting and the body type features silencer exhaust configuration.

The case is PBT resin with a 3-core oil-resistant sensor cable 2.7 x 3.2mm and a valve lead cross section of 0.2 mm².
