Phase Control Thyristor/ Diode Modules, Infineon

The Infineon Phase Control Thyristor modules (PCT) are assembled with a pressure contact technology that have an electrical insulated base which consists of an isolated copper base plate in a range of sizes from 20mm to 60mm. With their Industrial modular construction these ranges of PowerBLOCK modules present a combination of Diode/Thyristor (Diode/SCR Phase Control) or Thyristor/Diode (SCR/Diode Phase Control) configurations. The voltage ranges from 1200 volts and higher. Typical applications include soft starters, power controllers and rectifier for drive applications.
