A range of photodiodes, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are in Sidelooker through-hole packages.

The SFH 206 K, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, is a PIN photodiode within a Sidelooker package. The SFH 206 K has a 5mm LED clear plastic package and is through-hole mounted. Suitable applications for this photodiode include; photointerrupters, industrial electronics, computer-controlled flashes and for control/drive circuits.
