The Tektronix MDO3000 series 500MHz mixed domain oscilloscope offers a 9inch WVGA widescreen colour display. This product has 4 analogue channels. This oscilloscope is multi-functional with an integrated basic spectrum analyser, wave inspector navigation, MSO, serial and parallel bus triggering and analysis and digital voltmeter. It has 33 automated measurements and waveform histograms for simplified waveform analysis.
