The Maxim Integrated MAX32675 is a highly integrated, mixed-signal, ultralow-power microcontroller for industrial application and is especially suitable for 4-20mA loop-powered sensor and transmitters. It is based on an ultra-low-power Arm Cortex- M4 with floating point unit and includes 384KB of flash and 160KB of SRAM. It has error correction coding (ECC), capable of single error correction, double error detection (SEC-DED), is implemented over the entire flash, SRAM, and cache to ensure ultra-reliable code execution for demanding application.
