TESTECRAN+™ is used to check the outer sheath of an underground medium or low voltage cable By measuring the insulation resistance between the screen and earth. If a faulty condition is found, corrective measures must be taken to ensure ongoing good cable function. It is a hand held device supplied in a carrying case with its earth peg and connecting cables.
