RS PRO Optical Fibre Sensor NPN-NO, PNP-NC Output, IP65, 12 → 24 V DC
Fibre optic sensors from the RS PRO range can be used in a number of different industrial sensing applications to measure acceleration, mechanical strain and more.
Sensing distance can be set on the product so it’s suitable to use in specific scenarios such as an automotive factory or working within a computer network. It features reverse polarity, shock, overload and short-circuit protection to ensure effective and consistently high performance.
The sensor performs best between a minimum operating temperature of -10°C and a maximum operating temperature of +55°C. The transparent plastic housing also has a rating of IP65, meaning performance will not be impacted by dust or water.
