Souriau Pin Contact

The Souriau SM series male pin contact has a contact size of 16 and wire size ranging between 20AWG and 22AWG. This contact is made of copper alloy and has gold over nickel plating. It can be used with the Trim Trio series connectors.

Trim Trio Metalok Bantam Plastic circular connectors, derived from MIL-C-26482, with a secure metal coupling system to provide the complete solution for lightweight, robust industrial interconnections. The shell material is a glass-filled thermoplastic, with a rated operating temperature ranging between -55°C and 125°C. Contacts to be ordered separately see typically stock no. 437-3712
Plastic connectors, nickel-plated to outer body and bayonet ring to satisfy EMC requirements. Cable mounting shells are supplied with metal PG tube, containing twin ferrule system for 360° cable shield continuity. The 2 shells are polarised and locked together by a bayonet action metal ring.
The COM8-1 tool 266-6860, provides an 8-point impression crimp assuring maximum tensile strength on wire sizes up to 2.5mm². The cycle controlled, precision ratchet assures consistent and accurate crimping over many operations.
Note:
Panel mount plug shells with pin inserts will only mate with cable mount shells with socket inserts and panel mount shells with socket inserts will only mate with cable mount plug shells with pin inserts. Contacts must be ordered separately.
