Our Laboratories
Our laboratories we are regularly audited to ensure end-to-end compliance. We offer two levels of certification:
- ISO9001:2015 Standard
- NATA-accredited laboratory
New Product Purchasing
- A certificated calibrated instrument straight out of the box, ready to use
- No hassle or wasted time getting your new instrument calibrated elsewhere and having to raise separate purchase orders
- Select from over 6000 instruments that we can calibrate for dispatch within 2 working days
- Decision Rules - When the laboratory reports a statement of conformity to a specification, it shall use guidance as described within document: ILAC G8:03
- The acceptance limits applied will be derived from the manufactures specification or applicable standard (e.g. DIN, EEC, BS etc.). If you require different acceptance limits please notify our sales team at point of order.
Re-calibration service
- We will recalibrate existing instruments, whether they are purchased from RS or not
- From the date we receive the product, we will deliver back to your site in seven working days with certification
- Giving you the reassurance that instruments are still operating correctly and within manufacturer specifications
- Any minor repairs, cleaning and battery replacement service available
- The acceptance limits applied will be derived from the manufactures specification or applicable standard (e.g. DIN, EEC, BS etc.). If you require different acceptance limits please notify our sales team at point of order.
