Analog Devices RF/IF Gain Phase Detector Evaluation Board

The Analog Devices 2.7GHz RF/IF gain phase detector evaluation board. It is a fully integrated RF IC for measuring amplitude and the phase between two independent input signals. This device can be used from low frequencies up to 2.7GHz. It integrates two closely matched wideband logarithmic amplifiers, a wideband linear multiplier/ phase detector, precision 1.8V reference, and analogue output scaling circuits. The applied input signal can range from -60dBm to 0dBm (ref 50Ω) corresponding to a dynamic range of 60dB. This device is tested for use on the common cellular bands (900MHz, 1.8GHz, and 2.2GHz) and specified for operation out to 2.7GHz.
