PIN Photodiodes - 5mm (T-1 3/4) Package

This family of photodiodes, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, come in standard 5mm (T-1 3/4) through-hole packages. They are designed to detect either full spectrum or visible light and come in clear packages. Photodiodes with the daylight filter option are available for blocking out ambient visible light. Suitable applications for the 5mm PIN photodiodes include; high speed photointerrupters, industrial electronics and for control/drive circuits.
