Microchip 8-bit microController: CAN controller and 64KB of flash. In X2 mode a maximum external clock rate of 20MHz reaches a 300ns cycle time. Besides the full CAN controller, this devices provides 64KB of flash memory including ISP, 2KB boot flash memory, 2KB EEPROM, and 2048 bytes ERAM. Primary attention is paid to the reduction of electro-magnetic emissions.
