Schneider Electric Differential Thermal Overload Relays - TeSys LRD Range
Schneider Electric TeSys range of three-pole thermal overload relays have been designed and created for motor protection, phase failure, long starting times and prolonged stalling of the motor.
This range of thermal overload relays features an adjustable relay setting dial, test and stop buttons, trip indicator, sealable cover and much more. The LRD's are 3-pole thermal overloads relays that can be used to protect motors that live within an explosive environment or atmosphere, they are ATEX-certified in all connector versions.
Features & Benefits
- Must be installed outside ATEX zones
- Easy maintenance checks, check the tightening of cables through conducting thermographic testing and checking the mechanical operation of the product through manually operating the test, reset and stop buttons
- AC and DC network types
- These devices will commonly be called after their short name - LRD
- Feature a rated insulating voltage of 600 V power circuit conforming to CSA, 600 V power circuit conforming to UL and 690 V power circuit conforming to IEC 60947-4-1
- Network frequency of 0...400 Hz
- The option to mount directly beneath a three-pole contactor, independent mounting on DIN rail with specific accessories and plate with certain accessories
- Rated operational voltage is 690 V AC 0...400 Hz
- The control type is a red push-button stop and blue push-button for reset mode
- Temperature compensation is -20...60 °C
- These products have an IP protection rating of IP20, this means that the relay is protected against solid objects up to 12 mm but has no protection against water
- Standards - ATEX D 94/9/CE, EN 60947-4-1, EN 60947-5-1, IEC 60947-4-1, IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14

Schneider Electric Thermal Overload Relay, 690V AC Operational Voltage, 6kV Impulse Withstand Voltage - TeSys Series - LRD21
Don't let your 3-phase motor get too hot under the collar. Pick this thermal overload relay from Schneider Electric to interrupt the power supply and safeguard equipment if there's a current spike. Thanks to its protection adjustment range between 12 and 18A, you can rely on it to handle heavy-duty industrial applications. It also performs without a hitch in tough conditions with temperatures ranging between -20°C and +80°C. When things get shaky, the unit's shock resistance limits accidental disconnection and supports uninterrupted operation.
