    Can I return a product online?

    Yes, you are can complete a returns form online. Please refer to "Cancellations and Returns" of the existing Conditions of sale.

    How do I return an order?

    It's simple. There are two options to choose from:

    Option 1:

    We've made it easy to return an order:

    Step 1:
    Click 'My Account' from the navigation bar

    Step 2:
    Click Return, from the 'Quick links' drop down menu.

    Option 2:

    We’ve made it easy to return a product:

    Step 1:
    Click 'My Account' from the navigation bar

    Step 2:
    Click 'My Orders', then click on the order number

    Step 3: Within 'Order Details', select the product that you would like returned

    Can I return products using my RS reference number or products that a colleague has ordered offline?

    Yes, you can return products using your RS reference number and any orders you have placed via other methods than online. Here’s how:

    Step 1:
    Go to 'My Account' from the navigation bar.

    Step 2:
    Click on 'My Orders', where you can search for your orders by RS reference number, channel or date.

    Step 3:
    Once you have chosen the correct order, select 'Return'.

    Simply follow the instructions by advising how many products are being returned, selecting a reason for the return and so on. You will be given a returns number by which RS can identify the goods when the return is received at RS
