    Forward Orders

    You can compare your products by selecting 'Compare' which is next to each product. Once you have selected your products you wish to compare, click 'Compare selected'. You will then see your selected products in compare view where you can view data sheets, check stock add to basket or remove item.

    What is a forward order?

    A forward order is an order you can place for a delivery date in the future, or the same order with multiple delivery dates in the future.

    Please note, forward orders with multiple delivery dates are only available to RS Account holders. To open an RS credit account, click here.

    How do I place a forward order online?

    Within the basket, once you have entered your product details and quantities, you will be asked what delivery method you prefer.

    Step 1: Select ‘Forward Order’.

    Step 2: Complete ‘For the attention of’ field if needed.

    Step 3: Select your preferred delivery address .

    Step 4: Select either a single forward order date and enter the future date required or select multiple drops (delivery dates) you wish to make for each product and enter your preferred delivery dates.

    You have the choice of a maximum 9 drops.

    Step 5: Continue to the ‘Payment’ page and proceed with placing your order as normal.

    Do I need to have an RS Account to use the Forward Order online?
