The Track & Trace system is a convenient tool that enables customers to keep track of the status of their online orders with RS.

By clicking on "My Account – My orders - Parcel tracking", and enter their "Sold to Number" and "RS Reference Number" as prompted, customers will get immediate access to order details and real-time status of their parcels in phased updates including "Received", "Shipped", "Being dispatched" or "Delivered". Customers will also find the precise time when the parcels will be delivered, allowing an easier and more efficient supply chain management.
